Cracked Pots teams with BCA to create corporate garbage art
November 2005

Larry Peacock sculpture for Rejuvenation.Cracked Pots collaborated with Northwest Business and Culture for the Arts (NWBCA) to match artists with local companies and their waste byproducts. Six artists were commissioned and allowed access to the dumpsters of Rejuvenation, Comcast, Portland General Electric, Hampton Affiliates, Oregon Ballet Theater, and Jordan Schrader Attorneys. The resulting artworks were displayed at the NWBCA annual Breakfast of Champions, which honors outstanding companies who support the arts.

This project is a great example of how business can support the environment AND the arts at the same time.
