The 2008 Annual Garden Art Show at McMenamins Edgefield will be July 22 & 23. The show will feature more than 70 talented artist spread about the beautiful grounds of historic Edgefield.

Cracked Pots is looking for new artists that create work form recycled materials.

We ask that each piece is created from approximately 75% recycled materials. Our annual jury convenes on March 26, 2008 by invitation only. Please email us at info@crackedpots.org to schedule your time.

Here's what is involved for the jury. We want to meet you and see your art and give you a chance to meet us. Please plan on bringing four or five items and be prepared to discuss all creative aspects of your work. We also require that each piece contain a "story tag". The story tag should contain at a minimum:

• Description of artwork
• Description of recycled materials used in the piece

Additional information can always be added to the tag about yourself, contact information, or other things that will bring a connection between yourself, recycling, and the public.
